Nestled in an unassuming small Indiana town is one of the state’s finest dining establishments, Joseph Decuis. To provide the freshest ingredients possible, owners Pete and Alice Eshelman started their own farm, where they grow herbs and vegetables, and raise chickens, Mangalitza pigs, and Wagyu cattle.
Through our work with Joseph Decuis, the book America’s Wagyu Trail was concepted and born. Given the rich history of the Eshelmans’ restaurant and farm, they created a documentary telling their story and the importance of knowing where your food comes from. BMDG helped Joseph Decuis with editing the footage, selecting the music, and designing the DVD/Blu-ray, movie posters, supporting microsite, and the all-important movie premiere tickets.
